Free Returns
Reet Petite will refund or exchange your purchase free of charge. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt. Provided that the goods are returned unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached and folded neatly, Reet Petite will be happy to refund or exchange it. Reet Petite offers an exchange only for items reduced by 50% or more.
When we dispatch your order we will also send you a return form with a pre-paid post label. If you want to return your purchase, just complete this form and send it back to us together with your purchase.
We will also provide you with a “proof of postage card”. Please have it stamped by your local post office when you send the parcel. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).
Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is returned as they are direct costs.
